The firm of Warren, Drugan & Barrows, P.C. is an AV rated law firm by Martindale-Hubbell, and was founded in 1974 by Louis LeLaurin, II and Arch G. Adams. Mr. LeLaurin and Mr. Adams incorporated the firm as a professional corporation named LeLaurin & Adams, P.C., which was the predecessor to Warren, Drugan & Barrows. Louis LeLaurin, II practiced as a collection lawyer for Dun & Bradstreet in San Antonio in the 1930s through the 1960s, before he combined with Arch Adams to grow and enlarge his practice in commercial collections, creditor's rights, and bankruptcy.

 

The firm has been centered on commercial litigation, creditor's rights, and bankruptcy since its inception in the 1970s, with roots going back to the 1930's. One or more partners in the firm have always been a member of the Commercial Law League of America, a premier organization of commercial collection agencies, collection attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys and bankruptcy judges, and law list publishers.

 

In 1975, John Warren established an office of the firm in Corpus Christi, and still practices in the Wilson Tower Building in Corpus Christi.
